01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and phlwen ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phlwen platform, including all betting, gaming, promotional, and account services offered on the website at phlwen.net.

By registering an account with phlwen, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all players, regardless of how they access the platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported interface.

phlwen reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, phlwen will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or an on-site notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read together with the phlwen Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and phlwen.

02Eligibility

To open and use a phlwen account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phlwen has zero tolerance for underage gambling. We will request age verification at any time and will close accounts where we cannot confirm the player meets the minimum age requirement.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing phlwen for personal, recreational use.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phlwen, or an immediate family member living in the same household as any such person.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on phlwen or on any third-party exclusion register that phlwen participates in.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering with phlwen.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when placing bets or operating your phlwen account.

03Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on phlwen. The existence of more than one account per player — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or household — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phlwen reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and confiscate bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings.

When registering with phlwen, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlwen login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. phlwen will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain password security. 04Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on phlwen are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). phlwen accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank internet banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposits made via GCash and other Philippine e-wallets are typically credited to your phlwen wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer times may vary depending on the sending institution and may take up to one banking day.

Withdrawals at phlwen are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests are reviewed during standard processing hours and are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum withdrawal amount of ₱500 applies unless your account balance falls below this threshold, in which case the full remaining balance may be withdrawn.
• Identity verification must be complete before withdrawals above ₱50,000 per month can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if phlwen has reasonable grounds to investigate unusual account activity or potential policy breaches.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be resolved — either completed or forfeited — before the associated balance can be withdrawn.

phlwen does not charge withdrawal fees for standard Philippine e-wallet transactions. Your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside phlwen's control.

05Bonuses & Promotions

phlwen offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins on slot games, free bets, reload bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the general Terms set out here, as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page.

Key principles that apply to all phlwen bonuses:

• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements: Where a wagering requirement applies, it must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, their multiples, and qualifying game contributions are specified per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Some bonus offers carry a cap on the amount that can be withdrawn from winnings derived from that bonus. This cap, where it applies, is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse: phlwen takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics rather than engage with games in good faith, or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is suspected, phlwen reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may close the account.

06Betting Rules

By placing bets on phlwen, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily, with funds you own, and with an understanding that gambling involves risk including the risk of losing your entire stake.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets on phlwen:

• All bets are accepted at phlwen's absolute discretion. phlwen reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without providing a reason, including where market limits are exceeded or where the integrity of a market is in question.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet is binding and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except where phlwen explicitly offers a cash-out feature.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where a price is manifestly incorrect and a player has placed a bet knowing or reasonably suspecting the error — phlwen reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified window, or does not take place for any reason, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's phlwen wallet.
• Where a participant in a sporting event is replaced (for example, a fighter replaced in an MMA bout), phlwen will void bets on the affected contest unless new markets are opened with the revised participants.
• phlwen's settlement of bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body of each sport. In the event of a dispute, phlwen's decision is final following an internal review process.

07Slots & Casino Games

phlwen offers a selection of online slot games and casino products from licensed third-party game providers. All games available on phlwen use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the game provider and may be viewed in the game information panel within phlwen.

Game malfunctions in slots or casino games will void all affected plays and any associated payouts. phlwen will return the relevant stake to the player's wallet where a malfunction is confirmed. If a jackpot or large win is triggered during a verified malfunction, the win will be voided and the stake refunded.

Free spin awards — whether from bonus promotions or in-game features — are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion. Free spins won from in-game features (not from phlwen promotions) are generally treated as real-money winnings with no additional wagering requirement unless stated otherwise.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phlwen and will result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform to launder money or to facilitate any illegal financial activity
• Placing bets using funds obtained through illegal means
• Using any form of software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to place bets or interact with phlwen's platform
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploits will be voided
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phlwen staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to circumvent any phlwen security, verification, or responsible gaming measure

09Responsible Gaming

phlwen is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its players. We recognise that for the vast majority of players, betting is a form of entertainment — something to enjoy alongside sport and gaming, not a primary source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. Our responsible gaming tools are designed to help players maintain that healthy relationship with the platform.

The following tools are available to all phlwen account holders free of charge and accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your phlwen account. Limits take effect immediately when set to a lower amount. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set amount of time playing on phlwen to help you stay aware of how long you have been active.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your phlwen account for a fixed period between 24 hours and six weeks. The account cannot be reactivated before the period ends.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term or permanent self-exclusion from phlwen. This locks your account, removes you from all marketing communications, and prevents re-registration for the duration of the exclusion.

10Suspension & Closure of Accounts

phlwen reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request
• Account activity that phlwen believes may compromise the integrity of the platform or its sporting markets
• A player's own request to close their account or self-exclude

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, and deposited funds that phlwen reasonably determines are connected to the breach may be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds not connected to any breach will be returned to the player via the original payment method following any required review.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their phlwen account in good standing may do so by contacting support at support@phlwen.net. Any remaining real-money balance will be paid out via the player's registered withdrawal method following standard processing.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phlwen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or loss arising from technical failures of the platform.

phlwen makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take every reasonable step to maintain service availability, scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes phlwen's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by phlwen's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

phlwen's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by law.

12Privacy & Data

phlwen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phlwen.net/privacy-policy and forms part of the agreement between you and phlwen. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Your personal data is used to operate and personalise your phlwen account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC and AML requirements), and where you have consented, to send you information about promotions and offers. phlwen does not sell personal data to third parties and processes data only in accordance with the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

13Changes to These Terms

phlwen may update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, phlwen will make reasonable efforts to notify active players — typically via email to your registered address or via a notice displayed upon login.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically so you remain familiar with the current version. Your continued use of phlwen after any revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

14Governing Law

These Terms and the relationship between phlwen and its players are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines, unless phlwen and the player agree to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

phlwen operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of phlwen is lawful in their own jurisdiction, particularly if they are accessing the platform from outside the Philippines.
